Vastram Collections – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vastram Collections, every piece is hand-selected and curated with care. We aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

After 24 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Custom Orders: Made-to-measure or custom-stitched products cannot be canceled after confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility
We accept refunds only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing or calling our support team.
3. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Products that have been altered, customized, or purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds (unless defective).

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was sent in error or arrived damaged.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges (where available) if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
