At Vastram Collections, we work hard to ensure your carefully curated ethnic wear reaches you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our timelines, charges, and process.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
Custom-stitched or made-to-order items may take longer (7–14 business days).
You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities in India: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Other Indian Locations: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
International Orders: 10–20 business days (varies by country and customs clearance).

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen courier or weather delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.
Free shipping offers will be highlighted on our website when applicable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes within India.
COD orders may include a small handling fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this to track your order on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing the order.
Vastram is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

8. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
